Désolé pour la réponse tardive. Avez-vous un voltmètre ? Pourriez-vous effectuer les opérations suivantes : 1. Prenez une photo de l'étiquette de la batterie et envoyez-la-moi. Cette étiquette indique la tension et la capacité de la batterie. 2. Si vous possédez un voltmètre, veuillez l'utiliser pour tester la batterie. 3. Chargez la batterie à l'aide du chargeur, puis montrez-moi l'état de la charge. 4. Appuyez sur le témoin de tension de la batterie et montrez-moi le niveau de charge affiché. Connectez ensuite le contrôleur et vérifiez si l'indicateur s'allume.

That's why I chose your products over Bosch or other European brands. I understand that your internal policy requires these fees, but European consumer law (2-year legal guarantee of conformity) states that return shipping costs must be covered by the seller for defective products. That said, I'd rather find a simple solution for both of us than go down that route. Would it be possible to consider an alternative?
